Condo was super clean and had all the amenities for an extended stay. The location was truly perfect, with the beach across the street and restaurants/shops within walking distance. And the grounds/pool area were beautiful - very well kept with friendly staff.

Jill's Apartment is fabulous. The location is perfect. It's across the street from Kihei's best beach. It's easy to get around to other parts of Maui and many shops, restaurants and great food trucks are close by. The apartment is beautiful. It was nicely decorated and spotless. There was plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable, the wifi always worked and the complex is gorgeous. Jill has provided everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation in Maui. We hope to return one day and would definitely stay again in this apartment.

We chose this condo for its proximity to Kamaole Beaches and the photos online looked great. The best part of our rental experience was not only the cleanliness of the apartment and entire complex, everything we needed was provided. Bed was great. WiFi always worked. And Jill was super kind. Perfect apartment for a great vacation in Maui.

Amazing stay at Kihei. I’d definitely recommend this place for people that like to experience the calmness and the serenity that Maui has to offer. The resort details were accurate as described and the accommodation was spacious. The pool and the spa were the ultimate relaxation experience anyone could ask for. I would love to go back here when I visit Maui the next time!

Loved it, was really nice to have all the beach gear we needed in the place already. We used the chairs, cooler, beach bag every day. The place is really nice and quiet, good access to the local beaches. Really seem less process checking in and out. Can't wait to go back

We were looking for a family friendly stay in Kihei and fortunately found Jill’s 3rd floor condo. It had all the amenities we were expecting and nice to have a pull out bed (converted from the couch) in the living room in addition to the bedroom. Since no one was staying the night prior, we were able to check in earlier and rest from the long flight. Also enjoyed the 2 foot kiddie pool as a shared amenity in Kamaole Sands property. Jill provided tons of recommendations on places to eat, activities, beaches, descriptions of all parts of Maui, etc. Would definitely return if we were coming back to visit Kihei

We had a fantastic time on our trip and loved this condo! Jill and John are amazing hosts; Jill was super responsive and friendly to talk to during the booking process and during our stay. They have everything you might need during your stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable to stay in. We didn’t use anything in the kitchen but it’s so nice that they provide everything you can think of! We used the beach umbrella and beach towels during our stay. My daughter loved that there was a toy set and bucket for the beach. Kamaole sands has a nice pool and hot tub that we used almost every day. The location of the condo is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and some restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jill and John

The location was great, we could walk to the beach, walk to coffee, restaurants and shops. The lanai boasts an ocean view, we could actually see whales breech and watch the sun set. The condo is very comfortable, nice size kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a meal. Both bathrooms were clean and had plenty towels etc. The condo is close to the elevator and is very easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment, both furnishings and amenities. great location.
2 bathrooms is great to reduce time getting ready. Having a reserved parking spot is awesome.
We liked the booklet with recommendations for restaurants. All the recommended restaurants we tried are good.
We liked the gates at the entry to the complex. Very quiet to sleep easy.

I would definitely recommend staying here! The airbnb is in a great location right next to the beach and within walking/short driving distance of many shops and restaurants. My wife and I loved taking the quick walk to the beach every night to watch the sunset. The place is great too as it comes with everything you could need! Plenty of kitchen equipment for making any food at home, as well as chairs, umbrellas, coolers and pretty much anything you could want to take down to the beach. Jill was super responsive with tips on what to do and check in and check out was super straightforward and simple. We definitely would stay here again if we came back to Maui!

Jill’s place was marvellous! The condo was exactly as described, very clean, and very well stocked with everything you could want for an extended stay. The kitchen was well equipped and there were other thoughtful inclusions such as beach chairs, beach umbrella, laundry detergent, etc. The bed was comfortable and there were lots of hangers in the closet! Having a second bathroom is a bonus. The balcony was perfect for having morning coffee, with a bit of a view of the ocean. The actual condo development was lovely, and well maintained. The pool area was nice although can get busy, especially with families with children. Although we didn’t use the bbq facilities, they do provide several bbq’s and picnic areas. A manual that Jill provides lists everything included in the kitchen…when a couple of items that were listed weren’t there, Jill rushed out to replace them and bring them over, within hours! She was a pleasure to deal with and we would love to return at a future date.

It was exactly as pictured! Location was awesome!!! The condo was spotless and had everything you could need. We didn’t cook but instead opted to eating from food trucks in the area. Also had the BEST shaved ice from a food truck (Gus the Bus I think). The condo was very quiet and never heard our neighbors, if there were any. We used the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler which the condo provided. Loved having an assigned parking spot. Thank you to the owners for the special touches like the water and yummy chocolates we found upon arrival. The water came in handy as we hadn’t hit the Safeway when we arrived. If you are thinking of booking this condo DON’T WAIT BOOK IT NOW!!!

This apartment is a gem! The host, Jill, is so hospitable and gave very detailed instructions for check in. She also left a lovely basket of goodies as a welcome gift. The unit is very well-equipped, with extra towels, toiletries and a whole closet of beach and sports equipment. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and the sunset. The resort is lovely, with a large pool and hot tub, along with a tennis court and gym. There are several activities offered--breakfast pastries for newcomers, tennis lessons, hula party. The location is in walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Definitely a great find!

Great location, beautiful view from balcony, a fully stocked kitchen so that I could cook when I chose to. The beach was directly across the street from the property. The park there was a wonderful place to spend the day and watch the sunset. We had access to a lovely pool with enough shade. The barbecues were immaculately clean every day. This was a wonderful location for a very low key two weeks to enjoy paradise.

Jill is super responsive! We didn’t need much because everything was there. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella. She even had a little pack of yummy cookies for us when we arrived. Overall it was a great place to stay and Jill was great to work with from beginning to end.

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Location is a plus. It’s super close to everything. The host is awesome. She recommended a lot of places to eat and they are all good. The host is very attentive and response super fast. I would highly recommend her condo. I would stay there again when we come back to Maui. 💕

Jill’s apartment is such a fantastic location to be based in on Maui! You are a short walk across the complex and street to a wonderful beach and you’re a quick drive away from Paia Fish Market and Kihei Caffe, which ended up being our go-to restaurants! Everything is well thought-out and you basically have a manual for anything and everything you need! Need paper and pen? Yep, check the binder and Jill tells you where to find it! Need beach towels and chairs? Yep! Forget to buy reef-safe sunscreen? No worries, there is some back-up if you really need it! The coffee machine was a life saver along with the AC! It was fairly quiet and we slept so well! I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. The check-in is super easy and the parking is convenient! It is a very safe complex and I felt well taken care of! ☀️☀️☀️ As a separate note, make reservations 2-3 months early for tours and restaurants! You’d be surprised how far out some places are booked!

You can stop scrolling now and just book this condo. It is perfectly located, has every amenity you could ever want, and the hosts are fantastic in every way! This was our first trip to Maui and being in this location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. We are a family if 4 and I loved that there were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for all of us as well as a cooler and toys we could take to the beach. The condo itself it beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We loved that there were 2 bathrooms and laundry in the unit. All the communication with the hosts was timely and they couldn't have been more helpful. We got great tips and recommendations from them and it made our trip that much better. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip, it was the perfect place for our vacation.

This is the perfect location for beaching and adventuring around the island! The condo was very easy to check in and felt safe in the area. This place is very clean and tidy. Included all of the amenities, including beach supplies, charging cords, paper/pens, etc. Having these helped a ton. The bed is very comfortable. We didn’t pull out the couch sofa. The beach across from the condo is perfect and one of my favs. We didn’t check out the resort and their offerings at all.. but very well kept and beautiful plants and flowers around. Many good restaurants and food trucks in the area- makes for a nice walk. Jill is very responsive and helpful for tips and questions! Highly recommend Jill’s place!

Jill was quick to communicate from the moment I inquired before booking to our last hour at the condo. The location was great- close to plenty of beaches, shops, restaurants, and roads that took us to other beautiful spots outside of Kihei. The condo was clean, well furnished, and stocked with beach essentials. Check-in instructions were easy and the staff at the property was friendly and professional. We enjoyed dining on the well-furnished balcony on nights we didn’t go out to eat. Will hopefully be able to visit again soon!
